LDS Blog Train “My Sister, My Friend”

Today, I want to share with you a few things I designed that go along with the theme from the LDS Blog Train "My Sister, My Friend."  I have been so very blessed with AMAZING sisters and FANTASTIC friends in my life.  My life would not be the same if they were not in my life.  Five years ago, I was asked by a friend to help her create a video featuring different friends doing Yoga throughout the community for an upcoming event called "Living Beyond Breast Cancer" while we lived in Pennsylvania.  I jumped on board and my friend, Barbara, and I got to work.  It was a life changing experience for many of us.  We were able to reach out to one another as sisters, friends and as a community.  The end result can be seen in the video below.  Since this video was created we have lost a couple of our "Yoga Stars" and a few that were on the "battlefield" that have graduated from this life.  This post is dedicated to their memory and to all the wonderful sisters and friends who bring joy into each others lives whether going through trials such as battling cancer, in the trenches with children or just trying to stay afloat with the many demands we find ourselves in.  May you feel the love of your sisters and friends and reach out to those in need of one!

Here is a layout I designed for our family scrapbook from our experience!

Here is a free gift for you from me!  I am horrible at remembering birthdays so I created a Birthday calendar that you can print on card stock, cut in half and bind the top together.  You just have to add the birthdays of your family members.

Here is also a couple bag tags that you can use to fill a bag with treats and give to a friend or sister to let them know you were thinking of them.  Enjoy!
