Last year I had a great plan that every day my children would learn another verse or part of the Nativity story found in Luke 2 (King James Version). Well, I think we memorized 3 verses last year! We did have fun drawing pictures of the specific words we were memorizing and so we will pick it up again this Christmas season and see how much more we can memorize. There was a lady that I knew in Pennsylvania that quoted the Nativity story from Luke 2 ever Christmas by memory.
Today's freebie is part of the LDS Blog Train called "A Christ-Centered Christmas." I created this booklet with 25 pages plus a cover for you to print, staple and have your children begin to memorize and illustrate the Nativity. If you start today, you can work on one page a day until Christmas day! Even if you don't memorize the entire story, it would be a great way to help your family focus on the Savior this Christmas season.
I also have cursive tracing paper and plain line paper for your children to use as well. You can get those additional booklets by Subscribing to our website. You will receive an email within 48 hours with links to download the other booklets. otherwise just click on the image below to get the Kindergarten tracing Nativity booklet today!
