Here is a thankful chain that will countdown til Thankgiving with an easy way for kids to be grateful for 5 days. Print, cut and have your child make a new chain each day. They can fill in “I am thankful for…” and “I can show my gratitude by…”

We also used this printable to teach the primary children the song “Children All Over The World.” Here are some visual aids you can use when teaching this song as well as an activity for the kids to do at home with the thanksgiving chain.

Here is an idea to use to teach the song. There are flags attached that you can cut out and hide around the room. Call on a child and have them find one of the hidden flags and then have them match it to one of the languages.
