We just got back from the shore in search of some potential portrait spots in the future. I am very familiar with the Pacific Coast since I spent most of my life in California so I decided it was time to head to the East Coast shore and scope out the beaches. Here's a little bit about our trip…
We started on our way towards Jersey with our three kids. After just passing the King of Prussia mall which took us more than twice as long, we saw a sign over head which said it would take 55 minutes
to go another 9 miles so we turned around and headed to Delaware without
directions of how to get to the beach. After some driving (getting a little lost) we arrived
in Rehoboth Beach after 4 long hours (I believe it should of only taken us about 3 hours). We found a great spot off the side of the road.
Not too many people were there probably because it was pretty chilly.
Luckily, I took some portraits of the baby before it got too cold since
that was my only chance I got to take some photographs. We stayed in
the area and the next day made our way up towards PA. We stopped by
several beaches on the way home, but it was very cold, windy and foggy.
So much for my great day of photography at least I know the ins and
outs of the Delaware Shore.
FYI, we are looking for some family models to
head to the shore with us soon. Check this blog and our fan page for more
details coming next week. Here are a couple pictures of the little lady "Live" on the Sandy Shores.
