I was blessed to grow up in a home where my mom spent a lot of time creating lasting memories for our family.  Every Valentine's Day we would gather together for dinner and have a fun red meal with all the trimmings.  I don't remember much from my younger years, but I do remember those fun nights with the family as we ate and enjoyed each others company.  We would make each other Valentine's Day cards and pass them out in our little brown bags.  Yesterday, my dad gave me this Valentine card.  Wow, that's from when I was probably my oldest son's age!  Such fun memories. Here are a couple of ideas that are on the menu for tonight.  Hopefully, I can pull it together without too much work.  I am thinking of doing a heart shaped pizza or calzones for the main course while sprinkling some of these ideas around the dinner table tonight.  I'll be sure to do a follow-up to let you know how it all turned out.  Have a Very Happy Valentine's Day today!
