Melissa Esplin has created for you three great Easter ideas to help bring the Easter spirit into your home. First off we have these gorgeous boxes that are easy to put together. All of the artwork on the boxes has a symbolic meaning about Easter and would make a great gift to fill up and pass on to a neighbor or friend. Next Melissa has designed a beautiful tag that gives you a fun idea on how to make your Easter basket more meaningful and finally an amazing hand-drawn scripture quote from John 3:16.
I thought I’d try the basket tag with a little twist, well, not quite so little more like SUPER large and put my little peanut in a basket. I love photographing children and when I was photographing my own today it made me realize how much I miss photographing these sweet little ones. I am grateful for my parent’s loaning me their beautiful backyard for both the intro Easter Egg Hunt video and the background for the image below. On the tag that Melissa made it says, “Take some time to go through your Easter basket. Share with your family how each item can relate to our Savior, Jesus Christ.” I love that idea, so here’s my “Easter basket.” How does an item relate to Christ and I think I can throw in there also, Easter… Well, this little girl, my daughter, is such a blessing in my life. It is because of my Savior, Jesus Christ that I can have her forever as my daughter. Oh, how grateful I am for that marvelous blessing, can I get a HALLELUJAH!
We hope you enjoy these great freebies and that you use and share them with us! Just post your images on your social networks and add the #hallelujah and @melissapher. Thanks Melissa for doing a fantastic job!
