Stir-Fry Recipe No Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Soy

Stir-Fry Recipe

Put 1/4 cup of coconut oil in pan until it is hot.  Add the following ingredients.  I used all freeze dried ingredients so that is why I needed to add a lot of water.  If you are using fresh ingredients just adjust amount of water.

Mix together in pan the following:

1/4 cup carrots

3/4 cup broccili

3/4 cup mixed bell peppers

3/4 cup zucchini

1/2 cup mushrooms

1/4 cup green onions

3 tablespoons onions

1 cup ground beef

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Add 4 1/2 cups of water

Once all of the ingredients are added to the pan, add water and stir.  Let it boil for about 15 minutes, stir occasionally.  It should be done when all the water is gone and then let it fry for a few minutes.  Make a pot of rice and add the stir fry on top.

    would love to get links for where to buy supplies for best price and recipes or anything to do with meals in a jar. If you have any great info for a presentation/display table I have to do at our preparedness fair feel free to share. I’m thinking about making the stroganoff for people to sample. I really want people to get thinking about doing their meals in a jar as large groups because so many people get this information but never get around to making anything therefore no food storage.
