To find out how to find more peace during this Easter season, please start here.
My amazing cousin has been through many heart breaking trials in her life, but with an unshaken faith in Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, she continues to step forward each day filled with hope. She lost her beloved husband to a brain tumor when she was a young mother. She recently lost her brother after already having to say, “goodbye” to two other siblings. My heart is filled with love for her and heart broken for her trials, but I trust in the Lord and pray his comfort and peace bless her everyday until she is reunited with them in heaven.
Today, my cousin posted this statement on facebook along with the following video from a dear friend. With permission, I share her statement and the video below.
“This beautiful song, sung to the sister of a a friend, in her last hours, touched my grieving heart today. A beautiful message. I know our loved ones are not far from us…Just the other side of the veil. Like being in another room. Roger expressed concern that he didn’t want his death to cause us sorrow. He worried about his children and their futures. But, of course we are sad, because we love him and we miss him (and Brian, Jeff, and Bob). This life is only a temporary place where we work and serve and love and learn. They have gone home. I am so grateful for Jesus Christ and his sacrifice for us that allows me to repent and try again, and for His literal Resurrection that broke the bands of death. Because of Him, we will all live again – together forever.”
Hi, is this music available as sheet music or on a CD? It is absolutely beautiful.
