The Book of Mormon has taught me that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that I can find the most peace and happiness by following the words of Christ then by listening to any other voice. I am grateful for our first earthly parents, Adam and Eve, who made it possible for me to come here to earth.
The second scripture in our Book of Mormon Series Scripture Mastery comes from 2 Nephi 2:25 which states, "Adam fell that men might be; and men are that they might have joy." This is a short verse that will be pretty easy to memorize with your family, but it is full of one of the greatest principles of the gospel and that of joy and happiness that can be received as we following the teachings of Jesus. I hope you and your family have fun studying and memorizing this scripture with the help of this mini booklet, index card and flash card. The first scripture mastery can be found here and the third one here.
Thanks for stopping by. Take a moment and pin the image below to your Pinterest Board or share it on your other social networks so that more families might be able to take advantage of the power of the scriptures by memorizing them together. Enjoy!
Here is a great video about how we can find that great happiness spoken about in 2 Nephi 2:25. This would be a great family home evening activity!
