Food is an important part of General Conference at our house. For one of the meals, we throw a pizza party. Everyone in the family gets to make their own homemade pizza. Before Conference starts, I get my bread maker out and add the ingredients for our pizza dough. It takes about an hour in a half to mix and get it ready to roll it out. I divide the dough up and then all the kids get to make their own pizzas and and add their own toppings. I thought it would be fun to add some fun food tags this time to our meal. The Pizza Party kit includes 15 different food item tags. Just print, cut and fold them in half so that they can stand up on their own. I also included a sign that you can add to your food table. I thought it would be fun to have a little photo booth also so that I can grab a cute picture with the kids and their pizza. There is a hat and mustache that you can cut out. Use a stick to attach it the side so they can use it as a prop. I plan on going to pick up some red and white checkered plates, napkins and a tablecloth. I am going to use the tablecloth as the background for a simple picture. This should be a fun lunch between the Conference session on Saturday!! I’d love to see your pictures of your kids at their pizza party. Post them to our facebook page next week! We can vote on the best pizza chef!
Please feel free to share this post on facebook and pinterest. That’s the best way to say “thanks!”
