Happy St. Patricks Day

If you are looking for an Irish meal on the 17th look no further than corn beef and cabbage.  42.1 billion pounds of corn beef and 2.6 billion pounds of cabbage are produce in the nation each year.  Not a fan, try these other Irish foods:  poundies (mashed potatoes with green onions), lamb stew, bangers (sausage), boxty, (potato pancakes), or crubeens (pig's feet cooked with carrots and spices).

Four leafy Ideals

Shamrocks are actually small clovers that are believed to bring good luck if they have four leaves. Some say the chances of the four-leaf clover is 1 in a million, while others say it's 1 in 10,000.  Each leaf represents four ideals – faith, hope, love, and luck.

We want to wish every one a Happy St. Patty's day.  We hope that it is full of faith, hope, love and a little luck.  Happy St. Patricks Day.  Loretta
